These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and dadu92 (the platform, operated at dadu92.bet). By accessing dadu92, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use dadu92 and you should not attempt to register an account. All references to "the platform" or "dadu92" in these Terms include all products, features, promotions, and services available under the dadu92 brand at dadu92.bet.

dadu92 reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any player at any time, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has violated these Terms, provided false information during registration, or engaged in behaviour that dadu92 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

To use dadu92, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out below. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update your account details if anything changes after registration.

Eligibility requirements to register on dadu92:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a human individual — corporate, automated, or bot registrations are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed dadu92 account under your name, phone number, email address, device, IP address, or payment method.

• You must not be registering on behalf of another person.

One account per player: dadu92 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. dadu92 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency before crediting the funds. This is a standard anti-fraud procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through your dadu92 account. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. dadu92 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal conditions on dadu92:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500.
• Withdrawal requests for Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours.
• IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2–4 business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Your account must be verified before any withdrawal is processed. dadu92 may request identity documentation before releasing funds.

General bonus conditions applicable to all dadu92 promotions:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

All sports bets, cricket bets, and PSL bets placed on dadu92 are subject to the general betting rules in this section, plus any additional sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of placing the bet. By confirming a bet on dadu92, you accept all applicable rules for that bet.

General betting rules on dadu92:

• Bets are final once confirmed. dadu92 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of clear and verifiable system error on the part of dadu92.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are placed at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance — not the odds displayed a moment earlier or later.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection on all standard markets. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betslip at the time of placing.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned if a match is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time without restart, or if a market is officially declared void by dadu92. Settled markets from completed portions of a match (e.g. a completed innings in a rain-affected PSL match) may still stand.
• Accumulator bets: If one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the bet is recalculated as an accumulator with the remaining valid selections. The void selection does not cause the entire accumulator to be voided.
• dadu92 reserves the right to restrict access to specific markets for any player, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason.

PSL and cricket-specific rules: For PSL matches, the result is determined by the official tournament result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). DLS results are accepted as official results for match winner markets. Player markets (top scorer, Man of the Match, etc.) settle based on official post-match statistics published by the PCB or the relevant governing body.

The dadu92 casino section — including Live Casino, Teen Patti, Roulette, crash games, and virtual sports — operates under the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface itself.

• All software-based casino games on dadu92 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are independently audited and cannot be influenced by the player, dadu92 staff, or any third party after a round has begun.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment — cards, roulette wheels, dice — operated by professional croupiers in monitored studio environments. The result of each round is final once the croupier announces it.

dadu92 reserves the right to suspend any game or product for maintenance, security review, or content update without notice. Suspended games cannot be played during the suspension period. Any bets placed immediately before a suspension that had not yet resolved will be investigated and settled fairly based on the server record.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your dadu92 account. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: You can set alerts to notify you when you have been logged into dadu92 for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off period: You can temporarily suspend your dadu92 account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.

dadu92 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or attempted manipulation of dadu92 systems.
• Creation of duplicate accounts.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at dadu92 staff or other players.
• Any activity that dadu92 reasonably believes may be connected to match-fixing, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, dadu92 is not obligated to return bonus balances. The status of any real money balance in the closed account will be determined after investigation and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

dadu92 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at dadu92, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the dadu92 Privacy Policy.

In summary, dadu92 collects the data necessary to operate your account, process your deposits and withdrawals, comply with identity verification requirements, provide customer support, and send you communications about your account and relevant promotions (if you have opted in). To the fullest extent permitted by law, dadu92's liability to you in connection with any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you have deposited into your dadu92 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dadu92 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from connectivity issues, device failure, or network disruption on the player's side.
• Delayed or failed payments attributable to the player's payment provider rather than dadu92.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security of their login credentials.

In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which dadu92 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of dadu92 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism as published on the dadu92 platform from time to time.
